We had to develop a model that would allow for maximum utilization of high-seasonality periods in the industry, ensuring that a rapid increase in spending would not translate into a decline in cost efficiency.

The solution involved systematically launching new campaigns and precisely increasing outlays in segments with the highest conversion potential, allowing for full utilization of sales peaks. Through constant optimization of bidding strategies and account structures, we effectively scaled spending in areas generating the highest returns, ensuring the company maximized revenue during key moments of the year.

Filtryaero is a Polish family-owned company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality filters for heat recovery ventilators (HRVs) and air purifiers. As a market leader, they provide both original components and proprietary high-performance replacements for individual and institutional clients.
The key stage of our activities involved the systematic creation of new campaigns and the precise increasing of the emission budget in areas showing the highest efficiency. Through ongoing analytics, we identified segments with the highest conversion potential, allowing for the intentional scaling of spending where it yielded the most significant returns. This strategy enabled us not only to expand our reach to new audiences but, above all, to maximize financial results while maintaining full control over profitability.
Consistent optimization of bidding strategies and precise fund allocation allowed us to generate exceptional profitability, reaching a ROAS of over 1,057% across the entirety of 2025. Such a high return on ad spend confirms that every zloty invested in the system was effectively transformed into real profit, generating a total revenue of 1,902,236 PLN.
The decision to increase the emission budget by 47,000 PLN compared to the previous year (to a total of 180,026 PLN) allowed for successful sales scaling without losing result stability. Consequently, with a controlled increase in spending, we recorded a dynamic revenue jump of 325,000 PLN compared to 2024. This shows that the actions taken not only maintained the existing customer base but also effectively captured new market potential, maximizing the company’s final financial outcome.

By skillfully combining expansion into new campaigns with the optimization of existing activities, we surpassed the 1.9 million PLN revenue threshold while maintaining a ROAS of 1,057%. These results not only confirm the client’s strong position as a market leader in the filtration industry but also provide a solid foundation for continued digital dominance in the coming years.
