About the Client

FORM Grupa Lekarska is a Warsaw-based clinic offering comprehensive services in neurosurgery, neurology, orthopedics, and physiotherapy.

Before starting cooperation with Delante in 2021, the website did not generate significant organic traffic, and rankings fluctuated noticeably in tools like SemStorm and Senuto. Most contacts came from the Znany Lekarz portal.

Therefore, our goal was to turn the website into a stable source of traffic and leads that would support the clinic’s long-term growth.

Every project begins with deep analysis. The SEO audit of FORM Grupa Lekarska’s website was like a medical scan – we had to diagnose every issue, even the smallest one.

The main challenge was diversification. Relying on one source of traffic (especially an external one) is a marketing “single point of failure”. Blog articles were prepared by the client’s internal copywriter based on outlines and knowledge from FORM’s doctors. We selected high-potential keywords and optimized all articles for SEO. The client also actively supported content strategy by publishing valuable doctor interviews on YouTube.

At the start, monthly organic traffic was ~4,000 (Google Search Console). With our E-E-A-T strategy, we achieved peak growth in January 2025 – 1200% increase, reaching 52,000 monthly clicks.

One of the key objectives was to dominate the most profitable and prestigious neurosurgery keywords. Ranking first for “neurochirurgia” and “neurochirurg” boosts brand authority and patient trust.
