Since March 2023, we have been supporting the real estate agency Selling Sunset Estate in the development and scaling of Google Ads and Meta Ads activities. We consistently increase brand awareness in the Polish market as well as among Polish expats living abroad, while simultaneously focusing on lead generation from users interested in purchasing real estate on the Turkish Riviera.

Our strategy combines conversion-focused campaigns with upper-funnel awareness initiatives, enabling us to reach both high-intent users actively searching for property offers and audiences who are at the early stage of exploring investment opportunities in Turkey. Through continuous testing, data-driven analysis, and ongoing optimization, we build a stable and scalable advertising ecosystem that guides users through the entire funnel – from the first brand touchpoint to qualified interest and form submission.

Selling Sunset Estate is a Polish–Turkish real estate agency specializing in the sale of properties on the Turkish Riviera. The agency holds all required licenses and brings over a decade of industry experience, working exclusively with verified and trustworthy developers as well as owners of resale properties.

The brand stands out through its bilingual service model (Polish–Turkish) and end-to-end client support throughout the entire purchasing process, ensuring a high level of comfort and confidence at every stage of the customer journey.

Challenges and Collaboration Goals

Selling Sunset Estate partnered with us in March 2023 and continues to do so. The primary goal of our campaigns has been – and remains – the simultaneous growth of brand awareness among Poles in Poland as well as in selected countries abroad, alongside the consistent generation of high-quality leads from individuals considering property purchases on the Turkish Riviera.

In an industry where the decision-making process is long and trust-driven, it was crucial to establish a cohesive communication strategy that guides users from their first interaction with the brand through to form submission or micro-conversions, such as clicking on a phone number, email, or WhatsApp link. All these actions are meticulously tracked and analyzed to optimize campaign performance.

Results Achieved

In Google Ads, we focus on both performance and awareness-driven campaigns. Ads are targeted to Poles in Poland and abroad according to client-specified locations. Awareness campaigns, including display banners and Demand Gen, increase brand recognition across the network – an effect confirmed by clients who recall seeing the visual ads. At the same time, the foundation of our performance efforts remains the search network campaigns optimized for high-intent keywords, such as “apartments in Turkey,” “Turkish Riviera flats,” “Alanya real estate,” or “apartments Turkey.” Performance Max campaigns further support reach to higher-intent audiences, complementing awareness initiatives while boosting both brand recognition and frequency of contact.

On Meta Ads, alongside awareness campaigns, we conducted extensive testing of various lead-generation campaign formats (Messenger, WhatsApp, Instant Form, etc.). The highest-quality leads came from campaigns optimized for website form submissions, which now serve as the core pillar of our strategy.

Our messaging emphasizes elements that build trust and directly influence the decision to initiate contact. We highlight attractive property locations – perfect for sun, sea, and nature enthusiasts – the richness of local attractions, picturesque landscapes, and the wide range of available floor plans. Communication also focuses on guiding clients through the entire purchase and post-sales process, from paperwork to key handover, as well as providing bilingual service (Polish-Turkish), ensuring security and comfort.

All these efforts form a unified, complementary advertising ecosystem across Google Ads and Meta Ads, enabling the brand to reach the right audiences, build trust, and consistently generate high-quality real estate leads for the Turkish market.
