These venues bring together under one roof tenants offering high-quality interior design products – from furniture, doors, and flooring to bathroom fixtures, tiles, and finishing elements. What Challenge Did We Solve?

The nationwide decline in shopping mall visits also affected the interior design sector. For Centrum Wnętrz Home Concept, the key challenge was to reverse this trend and attract more visitors to their local malls in Katowice and Warsaw.

What Actions Did We Take?

Our collaboration began in January 2023, initially focusing on increasing traffic to the website. Over time, in line with the client’s changing priorities, campaigns were optimized to drive offline visits to the malls.

Starting from June 2024, the primary conversion goal became offline visits to the client’s locations. We conducted localized campaigns separately for Katowice and the Silesian agglomeration, as well as for Warsaw and its surroundings.

In September 2024, we expanded efforts by adding Pinterest as a complementary visual communication channel, targeting audiences interested in interior design.

Our cooperation included:

  • Local Performance Max campaigns in Google Ads, optimized for offline visits
  • Google Ads Demand Gen campaigns aimed at increasing brand engagement and presence

Brand awareness campaigns on Pinterest Ads, designed to inspire users and strengthen brand recognition

What Results Did We Achieve?
  • Approximately 20% increase in offline conversions in Google Ads (January–May 2025 vs. August–December 2024)
  • Increased brand recognition on visual channels, especially Pinterest
