Precise audience segmentation, the right campaign selection, and optimization of advertising efforts within Meta Ads made it possible to achieve excellent results with only a minimal increase in the advertising budget.

Problem We Solved

The client wanted to earn more from Meta Ads, but their previous results were disappointing. The challenge was to improve the ads so they would bring more revenue and better return on ad spend.

The Results

In 6 months, revenue grew from around 40,000 PLN to about 110,000 PLN — an increase of around 168%. Ad spending only increased by 15%, and the return on ad spend (ROAS) improved by about 130%.

The Challenge

The client wanted to grow online sales. Their previous ad campaigns were inconsistent and not well-planned for different stages of the buying journey.

Business Context

The client decided to move all marketing activities to one agency. SEO and Google Ads were already handled by our agency, but Meta Ads had been managed by someone else. The wallpaper industry has clear seasonality, so planning the campaign timeline was important. Managing everything under one roof allowed us to take a more complete, data-driven approach.

The Solution

We started with three main campaigns:

  1. A traffic campaign to introduce people to the brand
  2. A remarketing campaign focused on purchases
  3. A sales campaign for cold audiences

Later, we added a campaign to boost Instagram visits to build brand image and engagement. We tested both manual and ADV+ campaign types and kept only the top-performing ones:

  • ADV+ remarketing
  • Cold audience sales campaign
  • Instagram traffic campaign

We used video, single images, and product catalogs – carousels with catalogs performed best, bringing high engagement and conversions.

Campaign results

Between December 2024 and March 2025, we saw clear increases in conversions and purchases. There was a slight drop afterward, which is normal due to seasonal trends — this industry usually sees higher demand early in the year.
