Must-Attend Marketing, PPC, and SEO Conferences in 2025 – in Poland and Abroad [Calendar]

I highly encourage you to regularly check the event websites – some are already offering early bird tickets, you can also check out speakers, and even get a sneak peek at the agenda. Almost all of these conferences are conducted in English or Polish, but there are a few exceptions (like Campixx), so it’s worth checking the details before booking your spot.

Interestingly, many SEO conferences in 2025 follow a mastermind format. It’s perfect for those who prefer a more hands-on approach, engaging discussions, and are looking for inspiration or even consultations with industry professionals from around the globe.

Below you can find a few SEO conferences that I either personally recommend based on my experience or that have caught my eye this year and I’m seriously considering attending them.

BrightonSEO 2025 – Brighton, UK & San Diego, USA

We’ve written about BrightonSEO a few times already – it’s an SEO conference we attend every year, and every year with a bigger group. Last year in April, we broke our own record, attending with a 14-person team! Our SEO and R&D Specialist Wojciech Urban was even a speaker and we were proud to be one of the event partners.

The UK event takes place at the Brighton Centre, divided into 6 stages, and the talks cover more than just SEO (despite the name). You’ll also find sessions on company and team management, PPC, social media, branding, affiliate marketing, and much more. Plus, there are booths where companies showcase their tools and services. You can also have fun with arcade games and snag some cool gadgets. 😉

And if you’re into social events, there are plenty of side activities too – group runs, yoga, beach cleanups, and even special meetups for women in IT. BrightonSEO takes place twice a year, in spring and autumn – so in 2025, mark your calendar for April 10-11 and October 23-24. For me, it’s a must-attend on my yearly SEO event map! ✈️

If you’re someone who enjoys combining learning with travel, Brighton is a charming little town full of unique shops (books, vinyl, posters, and more) and cozy cafes and pubs. I also recommend taking a stroll on the pier and along the beach. If you’re staying longer, consider a trip to the Seven Sisters cliffs – they’re just under an hour by car from Brighton city center. London’s not too far either!

P.S. Starting in April 2025, Polish citizens traveling to the UK will need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). Make sure to take care of that in advance!

In 2023, the organizers of BrightonSEO decided to launch a corresponding conference in the United States, in San Diego. This year will mark its 3rd edition, happening on September 23-24, 2025. Maybe one day we’ll make it there too!

SEO Estonia 2025, Tallinn

SEO Estonia 2025 is an intimate conference in Tallinn, organized by Karl Kangur, Kyle Roof, and Timo Porval. In 2024, three of us from Delante – our CEO Mateusz Calik, Head of SEO Gosia Kwiecień, and I – attended this event and Linkhouse was its sponsor and co-organizer. It was fantastic to reconnect with familiar faces, and there were even some Polish speakers on stage. 👏

The conference was structured with 1.5 days of high-level talks and a mastermind session, where we could intellectually spar with specialists from around the world. This year, there are plans for 2 days of these practical, in-depth discussions. Beyond the talks, the event was perfectly organized – with a stunning venue and fun networking activities, including a scavenger hunt around the old town and a neon party.

In 2025, on the SEO Estonia stage, you can expect to hear from speakers like Michał Suski, Karl Kangur, Kyle Roof, Stewart Vickers, and many more. You can find more details on the event website. This is definitely one of the top SEO conferences in 2025 that’s worth attending! Plus, Tallinn is beautiful and offers plenty to explore. For example, you can hop on a ferry and get to Helsinki in just over 2 hours. 🚢

Digital Olympus Event, Amsterdam, Netherlands

This year, a few of us from Delante are heading to Amsterdam 🌷for the Digital Olympus Event. It started last year as a small conference in Eindhoven and our Off-site SEO Specialist, Kasia Śliwa, decided to go there. The conference was such a success that this year it’s moving to the capital city. Digital Olympus Event 2025 will focus on how to drive more organic traffic. On stage, we’ll be hearing from experts like Crystal Carter from WIX, Judith Lewis, Talia Wolf, and Łukasz Żelezny. Can’t wait!

Projekt SEO 2025, Poland

Projekt SEO is a prestigious event for SEO enthusiasts and experts, returning in early July 2025. As the organizers (shoutout to Michał Rochwerger – thanks for being my source!) promise, the event will bring together the best specialists in the industry, offering unique talks, top-notch networking, and a chance to exchange experiences. It’s the perfect opportunity to get the latest insights and make valuable connections in the SEO world! We’ll learn more details and see the first list of speakers soon – maybe there’ll be some surprises! ;> The previous edition took place in the stunning palace in Trojanów. Let’s see what the organizers have in store this time. This is definitely one of the 2025 SEO conferences we have on our radar!

SEO Vibes Summit 2025, Zakopane, Poland

What can I say – this event really does sound all-inclusive (as the organizers describe it themselves). 😉 It’s taking place from May 27-31 in Zakopane, at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa hotel. The SEO event will feature three main tracks: digital marketing, business, and SEO and AI. Everything on the main stage will be in English. In addition to regular presentations, there will also be workshops and mastermind sessions. The organizers are focused on knowledge exchange and delivering intensive, actionable insights. You can even earn certificates for completing workshops!

Who will be speaking? Over 30 experts, including: Aleyda Solis, Craig Campbell, Robert Niechciał (who is also a partner of the event), Kyle Roof, Damian Sałkowski, Ivana Flynn, and Maciej Chmurkowski. Topics will be announced soon, so it’s definitely worth keeping an eye on the event website. We’ve attended several SEO Vibes conferences in the past – including the ones in Szczyrk, Budapest, and Cyprus. All of them were fantastic, and I highly recommend them. The MasterMinders, Manchester, UK

The MasterMinders is a new event on our radar. Organizers are hosting this SEO and marketing conference in Manchester, and it promises to be a unique experience. On June 27th, there will be the conference day, followed by a private mastermind session on June 28th, where small groups of 6 people will dive into specific challenges. Each person gets 45 minutes to discuss their issues, and the group will collaborate to help solve them. The mastermind is limited to just 50 attendees, and the whole conference will have maximally 150 people, so it’s an intimate setting focused on high-level insights with the industry’s top experts.

Among the confirmed speakers for the conference portion are Craig Campbell, Lara Acosta, James Dooley, Carrie Rose, and Michał Suski, with more to be announced on the event website. We had the pleasure to meet Kasra Dash, one of the event organizers, at SEO Estonia in 2024 – he truly has the gift of the gab! This event is shaping up to be an exciting one, especially for anyone looking for in-depth discussions and a chance to connect with the brightest minds in the SEO and marketing space. 🕵️‍♀️

Marketing Business Summit, Milan, Italy

We’ve attended this SEO event twice – in 2023 and 2024. In my opinion, it’s a bit underrated, but it’s been growing rapidly and showed a significant improvement in 2024. The dates for 2025 haven’t been announced yet, so it’s definitely worth keeping an eye on the website. The event is organized by Marco and Valentina from YourDigitalWeb. In 2024, the format was really interesting – the first block featured longer presentations, each lasting 1.5 hours, with live workshop elements where the speakers demonstrated tools, tricks, and how they use them. Towards the end of the day, there were also panel discussions. Some of the standout speakers included the brilliant Lily Ray, the charismatic Arnout Hellemans, and the analytical Marco Giordano. In 2023, Rand Fishkin was one of the speakers as well. ❤️
As you can see, this is an event you should definitely put on your list of SEO and marketing conferences to attend in 2025. And let’s not forget the added bonus – Italy! For anyone who loves the vibe of la dolce vita, pasta, gelato, Italian coffee, wine, or Aperol, this is a great excuse to indulge while learning. 😇 Milan itself is worth exploring, and it’s not far from stunning places like Lake Como, Bergamo, and other beautiful spots.

Why you should attend marketing and SEO conferences in 2025 (and every other year)
As a Senior SEO Specialist with over 7 years of experience, I can confidently say that I’ve learned the most about SEO by working with clients, managing websites, and collaborating with teams. But SEO conferences have been an incredible source of added value, and today, I draw a lot of inspiration from them too. SEO (and marketing in general) changes rapidly every year. Different traffic channels are blending together (SEO affects PPC, and vice versa; branding impacts every channel, etc.), new challenges arise, and of course, there are always new tools and technologies to explore.

That’s why it’s so important to stay up-to-date, keep up with the changes, and continuously expand your knowledge. For me personally, one of the biggest benefits of attending SEO and marketing conferences is the opportunity to connect with experts from around the world. I always return from conferences inspired, brimming with new ideas and strategies I’m eager to test. Whether it’s SEO or marketing, conferences provide a unique space for learning, networking, and growth.
