About Editor

Google Ads Editor is a free downloadable application designed to assist with managing advertising accounts. It allows for offline campaign editing and serves as a significant aid in making bulk changes, ultimately saving you time.

  1. Application Menu.
  2. Toolbar – located at the top of Google Ads Editor. Use the buttons to open or add an account, download recent changes, check or publish changes to Google Ads, and view account statistics.
  3. Tree view – use this view to select or search for the account, campaign, or ad group you want to view or edit. Click the arrow next to the account name or any campaign to expand or collapse it.
  4. Type list – click the selected item to browse or search for data for the selected account, campaign, or ad group.
  5. Data view – displays the content of your account, campaign, or ad group. The content of the data view will change depending on what you select in the tree view and the type list.
  6. Edit Panel – click the Open in the new window icon. You can resize the panel to see more columns in the data view.

What Capabilities Does Google Ads Editor Offer?

With the help of this tool, you can:

  • make multiple changes simultaneously,
  • export and import files to share your proposed changes on the account,
  • view statistics for all campaigns or their parts (ad groups, ads),
  • manage multiple accounts simultaneously,
  • search for specific texts and edit them in campaigns or ad groups,
  • move or copy selected elements between campaigns or ad groups,
  • undo and redo changes during campaign editing,
  • make changes in a draft version before submitting them to the account,
  • work also in offline mode.

How to Use Google Ads Editor?

  1. Download the Editor.
  2. Download one or more accounts into it.
  3. Make changes to the account. You can do this individually or in bulk. Before publishing, you can check for any errors detected, allowing you to correct them.
  4. Publish changes. After publishing, the changes will automatically appear in your Google Ads accounts.
