Global Sales Director

Piotr has spent over 20 years managing sales and all supporting commercial areas across highly demanding industries—from FMCG to automotive. He has been responsible for annual sales measured in billions of PLN, promotional budgets exceeding 100 million PLN, and complex multi-level sales structures of more than 450 people. For Piotr, sales is the intersection of strategy, data and people—because even the best spreadsheet can’t replace an engaged, well-led team.

He gained his experience at companies such as JTI (as National Field Operation Manager) and Mazda Poland (as Sales Director), where he oversaw nationwide sales development, dealer and partner networks, competitive advantage initiatives and process optimization. He brings together executive, operational and analytical perspectives—from logistics, production planning and systems management to process management, quality control and customer experience. He has delivered projects worth over 1M PLN, driven market share growth, improved sales efficiency and achieved NPS results considered aspirational for the industry.

At Delante, as Global Sales Director, he is responsible for scaling the sales of SEO, SEM and AISO (AI Search Optimization) services across dozens of markets, shaping the commercial strategy and building long-term relationships with key clients. He combines his corporate experience with the agility of a fast-growing global digital agency, creating sales processes built for the new era of Search.

Outside of work, Piotr shares his expertise as a lecturer in sales management at both master’s and postgraduate programs. Privately, he values environments built on trust, partnership and open communication—and is always driven by action and new challenges.
