Data Center

What is Data Center?

Data Center (DC) is a place created to collect and store data. It is not only the building itself, but also procedures, qualified people or professional equipment. All data that is entered into the network is sent to the nearest DC and then transported to other servers. Due to the high demand, such units are located all over the world.

Do not confuse the term Data Center with a server room, which is only the room where the servers are located.
