You can now change the payment manager in Google Ads independently – without needing to contact the support team.
Here’s how:
- Log in to your Manager Account (MCC)
- Navigate to the client’s subaccount
- Go to “Billing” -> “Billing Transfers”
- Click the pencil icon -> “Change who pays”
- Select external billing
- Enter all the necessary details
- Submit the request
Keep in mind, the new payment manager has 7 days to approve or reject the request. If no action is taken within that period, the request will be automatically cancelled, and you’ll need to start the process again.
