Automatic Deactivation of Inactive Ads in Meta Ads

Meta Ads will automatically deactivate ads that have not generated any results (i.e., the events we set) within the last 14 days.

What Does this Mean for You?
When this happens, you will receive a notification, and your ad will no longer be displayed. To resume its activity, you will need to create a new ad or edit the existing one, but in that case, it will be necessary to change its settings.

Offer Extension in Meta Ads

Meta Ads has introduced the option to use an offer extension. This extension is available in campaigns that direct users to a website with the goal: engagement, lead generation, traffic, and sales.

With this option, you can add information to your ads, such as currently available discounts. This could result in an increase in conversion rates.

Editing Attribution Settings in Meta Ads

Starting now, on selected Meta Ads accounts, we have the ability to edit conversion attribution. You can now choose to count conversions based on first-click attribution.

What is the Difference Between these Data?

If a user purchases a product, for example, on the second day after clicking on an ad, and then makes another purchase within the same week, in the “First Conversions” report you will see the number of conversions as “1”, whereas in the “All Conversions” report, it will be shown as “2”.
