Meta is introducing a new feature of automatically generating backgrounds for products from the catalog.
When you create a campaign with a sales target and select an ad format – carousel in Advantage+ advertising material, you can choose to automatically generate backgrounds. If your product images qualify for this feature, you will see up to 4 background suggestions that will be generated. These backgrounds will be created based on already existing graphics of your products, you will not be able to change them manually.
What does this mean for you?
Applying this facility to your campaigns is likely to increase their performance. Such an action may also result in a reduction in the frequency of the same ad being presented to users.
At the ad level, a dedicated Advantage+ Creative section has appeared.
After clicking ‘edit’, we can see the enhancement options already enabled and all those available for a particular ad format.
What does this mean for you?
This change makes it possible to check more quickly what improvements have been applied to a particular ad. It will improve the work on campaigns.
