GSP (Gmail Sponsored Promotion) is one of the most popular advertising formats in Gmail that was introduced in 2015. It enables recipients to deliver a personalized message to a particular recipient.

What Does GSP Consist Of?

GSP consists of two elements: the teaser ad and the expanded ad. The teaser ad shows a preview of the expanded ad and encourages users to click and open the message. The teaser ad also displays the brand logo in a specified format (144 x 144 pixels). Then, the graphic expanded ad, which covers the entire page, opens. The client usually pays only for the number of clicks on the message.
